Un regalito inesperado

Tonight when we returned from dinner, after a long day of  painting the cultural center,  there was a beautiful little gift waiting for me at the front desk. My Nicaraguan host mother had left me a lovely doll, and the sweetest note! Just having her and my host sister come all the way from Limay for the exhibition last night was more of a gift than I could have asked for, but this beautiful gift brought tears to my eyes. I have so much love and gratitude for my Nicaraguan family!
